INITIAL APPOINTMENTS/FEE SCHEDULE
- NURSE PRACTITIONERS
Potential clients must complete the following forms in advance of an appointment and mail to the clinic:

- NUTRITION
Clients of the nurse practitioners will receive nutrition-related consulting. Current client diets will be reviewed. Nutrient supplementation will be addressed. Testing for nutrient imbalances, food sensitivities, and metabolites of digestion can be arranged.
- BIOACOUSTICS™
Potential clients must complete the following forms in advance of appointment and mail to the clinic:
- FOOTBATHS
- Pricing: $30 per 30 minute session
- $150 for 6 sessions (like getting one free)
