INITIAL APPOINTMENTS/FEE SCHEDULE
- NURSE PRACTITIONER
Potential clients must complete the following health history forms that apply to their age/sex and mail/fax/drop off at the clinic in advance of an initial appointment. Fees are delineated in the Policy & Procedure form which is with each health history; click on the respective link to see detail.
An initial clinic visit with the nurse practitioner is $350. Subsequent clinic visits are $200 per hour ($100 per ½ hour). Please be aware that the first TWO clinic visits average about 90 minutes each. Please be prepared/set aside this amount of time. Thank you!
- NUTRITION
Clients of the nurse practitioners will receive nutrition-related consulting. Current client diets will be reviewed. Nutrient supplementation will be addressed. Testing for nutrient imbalances, food sensitivities, and metabolites of digestion can be arranged.
- FOOTBATHS
- Pricing: $30 per 30 minute session
- $150 for 6 sessions (like getting one free)
